    Kwee Yong, MA (Oxon), MB,BS (London), PhD (London) was educated at Oxford University, and at University College London. She is Professor of Haematology at University College London and works as a consultant haematologist at UCH, with a special interest in multiple myeloma. She leads national studies in multiple myeloma, ranging from Phase 3 trials to first-in-human trials of novel therapies, and carries out translational bolt-on studies to understand disease response and resistance. A particular focus of her laboratory research is smouldering myeloma, and understanding the biological and immunological determinants of progression to multiple myeloma.
