    Dr. Lugui Qiu，graduated from Jiangxi Medical College in1985, trained in internal medicine at the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College, completed hematology training at the Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS). He was a postdoctoral fellow and visiting scholar at University of Louisville School of Medicine, US from 1996 to 1999. Now he serves as the director of the Department of Lymphoma & Myeloma, at Blood Diseases Hospital and Institute of Hematology, CAMS.
    Dr. Qiu serves to a lot of International and Chinese professional societies. He is the president of Myeloma Committee of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology. He was the chairman of Hematological Oncology Committee of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (CACA). He serves to Member Committee of IMS，Expert Member Committee of IMWG, Expert Committee of Asia Myeloma Network. He Founded the Chinese Myeloma Research Alliance to promote the development of clinical study and biology research on myeloma in China in 2017.
    Dr. Qiu is one of the leading physicians & scientists in the area of lymphoma & myeloma in China, have published more than 500 papers, including more than180 papers in SCI journals, such as NEJM/LANCET/BLOOD/ JCI/LEUKEMIA/CCR, etc. He constructed more than 40 clinical trials in the therapy of lymphoma and myeloma in China. His research interest includes exploring the genetic and molecular mechanism, developing molecular therapeutic strategies including immunotherapy, providing scientific rationale for combining targeted therapies to abrogate drug resistance, for myeloma and lymphoma.
